• Undertaking of contract for all manpower requirements.
• Obtaining registration for employer under the Contract Labour Act, 1971 enabling them to be engaged legally under contract.
• Obtaining license under the Contract Labour Act, in order to execute the contract for manpower outsourcing/ temporary staffing.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and statutory requirements in place for establishing them as our employees.
• All employees under Classic Labour payroll are mandatorily covered under PF and ESI Acts.
• Preparation of salary scales/packages, within the framework of law for minimizing the company’s burden on Provident Fund, ESIC, Bonus, Overtime, and Gratuity.
• Adhering to payment of Bonus, Annual leave, Gratuity etc. with strict compliance to and maintenance of all statutory records.
• Processing payroll and preparation of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF payments and related monthly/ periodic returns and submission thereof.
